🎅 Fazak Santa Baby Competition Information

📜 TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• The promoter of the competition is Fazak Home & Hyper, a division of Fazak Africa (Pvt) Ltd (“the Promoter”).
• The name of the competition is the “Fazak Santa Baby 2026” competition (“the Competition”).
• The Competition will run from 16 October 2026 to 5 December 2026 (both days included) (“the Competition Period”).
• By entering the Competition and/or accepting any prize, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• The Competition is open to all participants resident in Zimbabwe that are either citizens (in possession of a valid ID book or card) and residents (in possession of a valid temporary or permanent residency permit). You are not eligible to participate in this Competition if:
  • You are a director, member, partner, employee, agent or its affiliates/divisions/subsidiaries or any other person who supplies goods or services in connection with the Competition.
  • You are a spouse, life partner, parent, child or sibling, immediate family member, business partner or associate of the persons specified above.
• To enter, participants must:
  • Upload a photo of their baby using the official online entry form at https://santababy.fazak.co.zw.
  • Post the same photo on social media (Facebook and Instagram), tagging @fazakafrica_ and using the hashtag #FazakSantaBaby2026.
  • Your social media profile must be set to “public”.
• Each entry must be of a baby who is fully dressed. Photos showing nudity or inappropriate content will be disqualified and deleted.
• Children entered must not be older than 5 years old on 4 December 2026 (the closing date of entries).
• Entry is free. Only one entry per child is allowed, and only one prize may be awarded per entrant.
• Fazak reserves the right to disqualify entries submitted with false information or those submitted via automated or bot-driven means.
• Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
• The winner selection will take place after the closing of the competition. The winners will be selected by an independent judging panel made up of Fazak representatives.
• The final winners will be selected on the day of the final competition, being 5 December 2026 and being held at Fazak Home & Hyper, 4 Yellowood Lane, Woodlands, Bulawayo. Contestants must be present on the date of the competition to be eligible to win.
• The winners will be publicly announced within 7 days from the final competition being held.
• You confirm that any child entered is under your legal guardianship and that you are authorised to submit their image and information for the purposes of this competition.
• The Promoters and their delivery agent do not accept responsibility or liability for any loss or damage and will also not be responsible or liable for any further expenses or fees required for the purpose of using, applying or enjoying the prizes won in this campaign.
• Winners give the Promoters and its authorised agents consent to use their names and images for publicity purposes, unless refused.
• The Promoters reserves the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the campaign and any prizes, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice.
• Your privacy is very important to the Promoters and the Fazak group of companies and it will use all reasonable efforts in order to ensure that any information, including personal information, provided by you, or which is collected from you, is stored in a secure manner.
• You acknowledge that any information supplied to Fazak in terms of these Terms and Conditions is provided voluntarily.
• By submitting any information to Fazak in any form you further acknowledge that such conduct constitutes an unconditional, specific and voluntary consent to the processing of such information by Fazak under any applicable law in the manner contemplated above.
• Unless you have consented, Fazak will not sell, exchange, transfer, rent or otherwise make available any personal information about you to other parties and you indemnify Fazak from any unintentional disclosures of such information to unauthorised persons.
• Should you believe that Fazak has used your personal information contrary to applicable law, you shall first resolve any concerns with Fazak.
